Mapei Mapecoat I 600 W Epoxy Primer 5.9kg

Mapecoat I 600 W is specifically formulated for priming surfaces before applying Mapefloor I 500 W when used to form self-levelling, vapour-permeable epoxy coatings (Mapefloor System 53) and Mapefloor Urban System.
Technical characteristics:
Once Mapecoat I 600 W has been prepared as specified and diluted according to requirements, it may be applied by roller or by airless spray in coats from 60 to 100 µm thick.
Mapecoat I 600 W may be applied directly on concrete without a vapour barrier.
Application:
Apply Mapecoat I 600 W in a single, even coat with a medium-pile or long-pile roller.
While the product is still wet, lightly broadcast the surface with Quartz 0.5.
Wait al least 3-4 hours before removing any excess of sand from the surface and applying Mapefloor I 500 W (Mapefloor System 53) or Mapefloor Urban System.
