Mapei Quartz Sand Kiln Dried 25kg (See Options)

MAPEI’s quartz sand range is made from highly pure, washed, kiln-dried, selected quartz.
It is available in various mixes in a granulometric curve and is used with epoxy or polyurethane resin to create protective coatings, for grouting and repair work, etc.
Some application examples:
To make resin mortar for screeds or repairing floors.
To make self-levelling resin mortar and skimming mortar for cementitious surfaces.
Broadcasting the surface of resin in multi-layered coating systems or to create keying layers for resin or cementitious products.
To create non-slip surface finishes.
Quartz 0.25mm Used for self-levelling compounds in combination with Mapefloor I 300 SL for the Mapefloor Systems and with Triblock P.
Quartz 0.5mm Used for sprinkling purposes in combination with Primer SN or Mapefloor I 300 SL for the Mapefloor Systems and Triblock P
Quartz 1.2mm Used for sprinkling purposes in combination with Primer SN or Mapefloor I 300 SL for the multi-layered Mapefloor Systems.
Quartz 1.9mm Used for manufacturing damp-earth consistency mortar in combination with Mapefoor I 910 or Mapefloor I 900 for the Mapefloor 91 Systems.
