About Our Store

Our Heritage

Our story begins in 1969 as a family-run business of tiling contractors working across the whole of the South East of England. We were originally founded by Peter and Patricia Lilley, who opened their first high street shop in Herne Bay in the 1970’s until the current generation, Stuart Lilley along with his wife Marie who both began within the business as tilers, Stuart in 1988 and Marie in 2002 who each specialise in different genres of tiling, were ultimately inspired to take the business to the next level.

We have since grown from strength to strength and our sales team now consists of experienced people who have hands-on knowledge of the products we sell and will offer comprehensive technical advice to support our customers projects from beginning to end. Our team has a combined knowledge in excess of 100 years, spanning many areas of construction and design and several of our sales-team from the original team of contract tilers are still here educating the next generation!
