**IMPORTANT** Please note that once an order has been packed/shipped on our system we are unable to amend the order. Custom or made to order products which are already in production cannot be cancelled.

Custom, Made to Order and Customized Products (Includes All Tiles, LVT and Carpet)

Custom made and personalised products which are made to order cannot be returned due to a “change of mind” or if the product is purchased for a purpose beyond the manufacturers recommend use. If in doubt, it is the buyers responsibility to check if the product(s) you are purchasing are fit for the purpose they are intended for.

Please Note: All Natural stone products are a naturally occurring mineral substance. Each Natural Stone product has its’ own characteristics in terms of appearance, texture and durability, making them unique; due to this, there can be variations in colour, texture, pattern and veining. Some of the tiles we supply also have variations of shading, size and finish, whether natural products or not. Depending on the nature of the products supplied, a degree of shading is normal and may have natural imperfections. These are not faults.

Tile Size/Specification Variations

It is normal in the tiling industry for a tile not to consistently meet the exact measurements shown on our website or in store. The international standard regarding tile sizing is, Floor tiles -/+ 0.6% and Wall tiles -/+ 0.5%. Alternative information on tile tolerances and testing methods is available upon request, including and not limited to straightness, water absorption and frost resistance. Product cannot be returned as faulty if they fall within these variations. If in any doubt, it is the buyers responsibility to check these specifications.

Pre-Installation Quality Checks For Custom Product

It is the responsibility of the installer/tiler to check the quality and batch numbers (for continuity) of custom purchased product (including Tiles) before installation. Once installed we will be unable to accept a return due to product faults

Post Installation Faults

We do not accept returns for product faults due to installation error or if the installer failed to follow the manufacturers guidelines (Or industry guidelines) for installation.
