Mapei Latexplan Trade Fast Smoothing Compound (See Options)

Latexplan Trade Fast is used for levelling and smoothing differences in thicknesses of 3 to 10 mm (in one application)
Ideal where rapid installation of all types of floor coverings is required on new and existing substrates.
Suitable for high intensity, wheelchair traffic and chairs with castors.
Can also be used over most old adhesive residues including bitumen.
For use with underfloor heating systems
Application:
The mixed product is poured onto the prepared subfloor and spread with a smooth edged trowel to the required thickness in one operation.
Additionally the use of a spiked roller will ensure a smooth even finish that will not require any further attention prior to the floor coverings bring installed.
Do not over-trowel the product once it has been placed on to the sub floor.
The correct mix permits thicknesses from 3 mm to 10 mm per application, ensure a minimum 3 mm thickness is applied to provide the optimum absorption for the adhesive
Apply at a minimum floor temperature of above +5°C.
