The TS-MAX range of manual cutters offers the professional a light and functional tool. RUBI's TS-MAX manual cutters are ideal for intensive cutting of ceramic tiles in general, and especially for frequent cutting of porcelain stoneware (type BIa).
All models of the TS-MAX range of manual cutters include a practical high-performance single-point separator with 800 kg of maximum separation power, specially designed for cutting highly hard materials with maximum thicknesses of 15 mm.
This separator includes the SMART POWER function by which the separator itself regulates the separation power depending on the thickness of the tile, applying maximum power to thicker materials.
The bi-material handles of the TS-MAX manual cutters have a careful ergonomic design, which provides the user with greater comfort during work.
All TS-MAX manual cutter models include a large side stop for greater grip on the ceramic tile, and greater precision in repetitive cuts.
RUBI's TS-MAX manual clippers have a reinforced and large base, so that the professional has greater comfort and stability during use. The TS-MAX manual cutters are equipped with two chrome-plated steel guides, ground and calibrated, with anti-corrosion treatment. This double guide system offers the user better and greater visibility of the scratch line, thus obtaining high precision in all cuts.
The possibility of using the entire range of RUBI interchangeable rollers from Ø 6 to 22 mm, allows the TS-MAX manual cutters to be adapted to each ceramic material, and obtain maximum cutting performance and quality. The TS-MAX manual cutters include, as standard, two rollers: one of Ø 8 mm ENDURE for cutting highly hard materials and rough or structured surfaces, and another of Ø 10 mm SILVER for glazed stoneware and ceramics in general.
