How to install this product
1 Determine the position of the linear drainage and create a core drilling/ceiling opening for the drain body. Then position the drain body in the opening
2 To achieve the minimum assembly height of 48 mm, shorten the adapter (max. insertion depth 90 mm) up to a minimum insertion depth of 30 mm
3 Reattach the adapter to the channel body and tighten the screws
4 Apply thin-bed tile adhesive to create a level substrate in the area of the channel support. Set the channel body with the channel support onto the drain body and push it in place. Use spots of mortar for any height adjustment that may be needed. For wall installation, align the channel body depending on the distance from the wall and the thickness of the wall covering
5 Then install the sloped screed (2%) of the shower surface
6 Adhere DITRA or DITRA-HEAT with thin bed tile adhesive
8 Seal the abutting joints with Kerdi Keba fixed with Kerdi Coll L
9 Attach the Kerdi collar also with Kerdi coll L adhesive.
