Mapefloor I 320 SL CONCEPT is used for coating floors in industrial and civil environments, including those subjected to medium to heavy loads such as laboratories and distribution warehouses and may also be used to coat floors in sterile rooms and in production areas, such as in the pharmaceutical industry.
With its attractive finish and its resistance to abrasion is higher than traditional self-levelling systems, which also makes it suitable for use in areas used by the general public such as bars, hotel lobbies, offices, canteens, classrooms, showrooms,etc
Technical Characteristics
Mapefloor I 320 SL CONCEPT is a two-component, epoxy resin-based formulate with high solids content and when it hardens it forms a very smooth surface to create seamless floors that are easy to clean and sanitize
Application:
1st coat: Apply Primer SN mixed with 0.5mm quartz the broadcast with 0.5mm quartz on wet primer
2nd coat: Apply Primer SN mixed with Mapecolor paste of a similar colour to the finished floor
3rd Coat: Apply Mapefloor I 320 SL Concept self levelling layer approx 2mm thick
